In accordance with the regulations, if a public servant's behavior is contrary to established standards, the Ethics Commission can take the following measures:

Apologizing or demanding an official letter of apology

Reprimand – public criticism at the collegial meeting of the state body
At the same time, the commission can, if necessary, submit an official proposal to the organization's head for disciplinary action against the servant.
