The monthly salaries of some doctors will be increased by 20%. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
It is noted that within the framework of the pilot project, medical workers of primary health care institutions will be paid additional allowances to the basic tariff rates in the following amounts:
50 percent of the monthly official salary or base tariff rate for medical workers providing mobile medical services;
in cities - in the amount of 0.3 percent of the minimum wage, in districts - in the amount of 0.5 percent for each of the population additionally assigned to the medical team in excess of the established norms by 10 percent;
100 percent of the basic tariff rate for medical workers who have successfully completed all stages of courses organized on the basis of a special family health training program, in accordance with the certificate.
Also, within the framework of the pilot project, the monthly salaries of doctors in district (city) central hospitals will be increased by 20 percent, and the salaries of mid-level medical workers - by 10 percent.
Within the framework of the pilot project, a bonus of up to 100% of the monthly official salary will be introduced for medical and pharmaceutical workers of family polyclinics and district (city) central hospitals based on performance indicators (KPIs).
