One of the important news in the field is that, following the instructions of our President, a new law project has been developed that introduces a new administrative measure – “administrative warning” into the system of administrative penalties, reports the Press Secretary of the President.
According to the project, for certain minor violations related to breaking traffic rules, a warning will be given by the traffic police inspector to individuals committing the violation for the first time. A warning can only be given once within a year.
