In the United Kingdom, a 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of setting fire to two properties related to Prime Minister Keir Starmer. This was reported today, May 13, by the “Associated Press” agency here.

According to London police, one person was arrested a day after a fire was set at a house where Starmer lived before becoming Prime Minister. The fire only damaged the front door.

According to law enforcement agencies, the fire could be linked to two possible arson attacks – a car caught fire near Starmer's home on May 11, and on May 8, according to media reports, the entrance door of a house associated with Starmer in another area of the city also caught fire.

There is no information about victims. Since taking up the position of Prime Minister of Great Britain, Starmer has lived with his family at the Prime Minister's official residence on Downing Street.

“As a precaution and due to the property's previous association with a prominent public figure, the investigation of this fire is being conducted by officers from the Metropolitan Police's counter-terrorism command,” according to the police report.
