Zelensky imposed sanctions against Uzbekistan, Iran, and Chinese companies.

The names of the companies that have been placed on Uzbekistan's "blacklist" were announced.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky introduced sanctions against companies from Uzbekistan, Iran, and China. The “blacklist” was approved by the decree No. 301/2025 of the leader of Ukraine.

According to the information, sanctions were applied to a total of 58 individuals and 74 legal entities, 67 of whom are related to military technologies. Moreover, the document mentions the names of three companies from Uzbekistan, and one each from Iran and China.

The following enterprises from Uzbekistan were included in the “blacklist”:

“Fergana Chemical Plant” LLC (Fergana)

“Raw materials cellulose” LLC (Jizzakh)

“Mercury Renaissance” LLC CJSC (Tashkent)

Additionally, Uzbek Rustam Muminov also fell under the sanctions of Ukraine.

The main restrictions of the sanctions include:

completely terminating trade operations;

restricting or fully stopping the transit of resources, flights, and transportation through the territory of Ukraine;

prohibiting capital export;

freezing economic and financial obligations;

prohibiting the transfer of technologies and intellectual property rights;

cancelling visas for entry into Ukraine and other restrictions.
