In the Kermanshah province of western Iran, two people were killed and another four were injured to various extents as a result of a powerful lightning strike, according to the head of the provincial emergency department, Alireza Heidari.
Heidari stated that lightning strikes were recorded in two separate areas of the province. Emergency services quickly reached the scene of the incident and medical assistance was provided to the victims by doctors.
