In the area of the Duob forest division of the Dehqonobod state forest enterprise, under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change, it was discovered that a total of 104 Zarafshan fir trees had been cut from the bottom and were damaged to the extent that they stopped growing.

It was reported that in the territory of the 4th boundary of the Duob forest division, 3 Zarafshan fir trees were found to have been cut down from the bottom to the extent that they stopped growing by citizen K.M., and a fine was imposed on the citizen, calculating the damage to the Forestry at 51 million 810 thousand som, a lawsuit was filed with the G’uzor Interdistrict Civil Court, and the court's decision was issued.

Similarly, an administrative fine was imposed on Z.B., who worked as the head of the Duob forest division, and H.E., who worked as a forest guard of the 4th boundary, for their negligence in performing their duties.

Furthermore, it was discovered that 38 pieces of Zarafshan fir trees in the same area were cut from the bottom and lateral branches by unknown persons, imposing a repeated administrative fine on forest guard H.E., resulting in 94 million 387 thousand 500 som damage to the Forestry, and a lawsuit was submitted to the G’uzor Interdistrict Civil Court.

Moreover, in the territory of the 3rd boundary of the Duob forest division, it was found that 6 Zarafshan fir trees were illegally cut from the bottom to the extent that they stopped growing by unknown persons. An administrative measure was taken against the forest guard R.B., and it was revealed that 41 million 400 thousand som damage was caused to the Forestry, and the documents were sent to court.

Additionally, it was detected in the same area that citizen H.A. had cut 8 Zarafshan firs from the bottom and lateral branches (the amount of damage being 25 million 387 thousand 500 som) and an administrative fine was imposed, with the documents sent to the G’uzor Interdistrict Civil Court.

Moreover, 49 Zarafshan fir trees were illegally cut from the bottom and lateral branches by unknown persons, stopping their growth. As a result, 176 million 587 thousand 500 som damage was caused to the Forestry, and the documents for compensation were transferred to the Dehqonobod district prosecutor's office.

A total of 104 Zarafshan fir trees were found cut from the bottom and damaged to the extent that they stopped growing in the territory of the Duob forest division.

Concerning these incidents, matters of imposing measures on responsible individuals who approached their duties with indifference and violators are being addressed.
