In Uzbekistan, the identification of educational staff prone to violence against students and the implementation of mechanisms for providing them with psychological support are being planned. This is included in the draft of the state program planned for 2025, which has been put up for public discussion as envisioned.

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education is tasked with improving the system of psychological support for participants in the educational process.

By October 2025, special courses and programs will be developed for educational staff on bullying, suicide, prevention of juvenile delinquency, and mitigation of their impacts.

Preventing burnout among teachers, and creating simulators and cases to increase their stress resilience are planned.

The Republican Scientific-Methodological Center for the Development of Education has been designated as the main responsible entity for the execution of these tasks.
