In the Toyloq district, physical and psychological violence against two underage girls was identified. The woman who committed this act tried to extort money from the children's mother abroad by intimidating the children.
According to the information, the girls born in 2017 and 2019 had been placed under temporary guardianship. The guardian woman pressured and abused them, and recorded this on video. The Children's Ombudsman has taken control of the investigation into the incident, and the woman has been removed from guardianship.
Currently, an investigation is being conducted by the district Internal Affairs Department, and the children are undergoing forensic medical examinations. They have been placed in a safe location and are working with psychologists.
