A road traffic accident involving two buses occurred near the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, USA.

According to Fox News, at least 23 people were injured in the collision. Ten of them are said to be employees of the US Department of Defense.

According to reports, 18 victims were taken to hospitals, while another 5 received emergency medical treatment at the scene.

The Pentagon law enforcement agencies confirmed the incident and announced that the nearby transportation center and metro station have been temporarily closed completely.
