DP World held talks with representatives linked to Donald Trump's "Peace Council" on managing supply chains and infrastructure projects in Gaza, reports the Financial Times newspaper.
Within the framework of Gaza's sector reconstruction, proposals such as building warehouses, cargo tracking systems, security measures, as well as a new port and a free trade zone were discussed.
The talks are related to controversial privatization plans, with critics emphasizing that this situation could limit the role of international organizations and lead to the risk of population displacement.
According to information, the region remains in a tense situation, with military clashes and a humanitarian crisis ongoing.
