The conversation was dedicated to issues of strengthening business relations between the two countries.
The meeting took place on the eve of the official start of the council's activities. Mirziyoyeva emphasized that this platform will bring economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the U.S. to a new level.
It is known that she also met with Sergio Gor at Mar-a-Lago on April 6. Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos also participated in it.
The U.S.-Uzbekistan Business and Investment Council was established in November 2025 and is co-chaired by Sergio Gor from the U.S. and Saida Mirziyoyeva from Uzbekistan.
