It is reported that the program is aimed at implementing a new system of working with the population, supporting vulnerable groups, and widely involving entrepreneurs in social processes. According to it, during 2026, it is planned to carry out various actions and projects in 10 priority directions, with the participation of over 50,000 entrepreneurs and covering more than 1.5 million citizens.


Within the framework of the program, special attention will be paid to studying the problems of the population on the ground. In particular, through the "To the Heart" campaign, door-to-door visits will be organized and measures will be taken to provide targeted assistance to needy families. Also, mobile headquarters will be organized in the regions, and appeals will be considered through mobile receptions.

At the same time, it is planned to strengthen social support mechanisms in cooperation with the mahalla institution, work with youth and women, establish constant communication with the population through open dialogues and modern online platforms.

In conclusion, an official start was given to the program, and specific tasks and a roadmap for its implementation were approved. It was noted that the initiative should serve to strengthen communication with the population, promptly solve problems, and strengthen the atmosphere of mutual harmony in society.
