A crime related to more than 1 kg of opium plant material was exposed in the Termez district of Surkhandarya region.
It is reported that the narcotic substance was attempted to be smuggled across the border hidden inside a jack.
It was identified during an express procedure while the substance was being handed over to a designated person.
Additionally, an Afghan citizen who was receiving 10 thousand US dollars was also detained. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident.
