The service inspection appointed regarding the report about the forced collection of monetary funds from the pedagogical staff of School No. 33 in Jarkurghon district has been completed. This was reported by Muratbek Davlatov, head of the information service of the Surkhandarya regional khokimiyat.
The statement said that the inspection was carried out under the supervision of the regional khokim, the circumstances were studied comprehensively, documents were analyzed, and explanations were taken from responsible persons.
As a result, it was established that the instruction given by Anvar Rajabov, deputy khokim of Jarkurghon district, contradicted the requirements of current legislation, specifically violating the principle of voluntariness.
In accordance with the conclusion of the service inspection, Anvar Rajabov was relieved of his position.
"To give a legal assessment to the actions of Anvar Rajabov, the inspection materials have been sent to law enforcement agencies in accordance with the established procedure.
In order to prevent the recurrence of such cases, the internal control mechanism has been strengthened and targeted legal explanatory work is being carried out with managerial staff," the statement says.
