On February 16 at 20:51, a report was received by the city Emergency Situations Department about a fire that occurred in one of the private houses on Beltepa Street in the Shaykhontohur district.
It is reported that fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene three minutes later and the fire was completely extinguished at 21:38.
After the fire was extinguished, the bodies of three people were found at the scene. It was determined that they were members of one family—a mother and her two minor children.
According to witnesses, there was no possibility of saving them.
"Our daughter-in-law and our two grandchildren stayed in the room, they couldn't get out. We couldn't get inside. We broke through the wall with the neighbors, but it was too late," said one of the witnesses.
Also, another citizen was hospitalized with varying degrees of bodily injuries.
Currently, investigative work is being carried out regarding this incident, up to the preliminary investigation.
