The 62nd Munich Security Conference has begun.

The conference will take place at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof and Rosewood Munich hotels and will be chaired by MSC Chairman Wolfgang Ischinger.

Leaders from more than 50 countries and governments will discuss issues of European security, transatlantic relations, regional conflicts, and technologies affecting global security.

The event, conducted according to the Munich Principle, requires participants to engage in open dialogue and active participation.
