According to records, Kallibek Kamolov was born on March 18, 1926, in the Takhtakupir district of Karakalpakstan. He graduated from Nukus State University in 1955. During his career, he worked in positions such as Secretary of the Youth Committee of the Karakalpakstan Republic, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, and Chairman of the Nukus City Executive Committee.

He also served as Minister of Communal Services, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, and Secretary of the Party Committee. From 1959 to 1963, as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Karakalpakstan Republic, and from 1963 to 1984, as First Secretary of the Party Committee, he made a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the region.

The condolence message emphasizes that Kallibek Kamolov, with his rich experience, high human virtues, and devotion to the Motherland, earned a deep place in the hearts of the people. Under his leadership, agriculture, industry, and production sectors were developed in Karakalpakstan, and substantial work was carried out to improve the living standards of the population.

In recent years, he served as Chairman of the Council of Public Veterans of the Karakalpakstan Republic, actively participating in supporting the elderly and educating the youth in the spirit of respect for national values.

Kallibek Kamolov was awarded the "Shukhrat" medal and the "El-Yurt Hurmati" order for his services to the state and people.
