Additional financial mechanisms to encourage specialization in the makhalla will also be introduced. Specifically, for garden plot owners and farms:
– half the cost of purchasing seedlings with certificates will be covered from the budget ;
– depending on the type of fruit, a subsidy from 20 thousand to 70 thousand soums will be allocated for "espalier" trellises;
– for those who implement drip irrigation on their garden plot, compensation of 160 thousand soums per 0.01 hectare will be paid, the President announced at a videoconference meeting.
Furthermore, if a master farmer establishes export-oriented production in every 10 households in the makhalla, they will receive a 2 million soum reward; if they do this in at least 30% of households with garden plots, they will receive an additional 75 million soum reward.
This year, 2 thousand hectares of forest land will be allocated free of charge for 10 years to 4 thousand low-income families for planting 0.5 hectares each. In this case, a subsidy of 4 million soums will be allocated to needy families for establishing a silk cooperative.
In addition, needy families wishing to engage in silkworm breeding at home will be provided with an interest-free loan of up to 20 million soums for equipping the room and purchasing equipment.
This year, it is planned to allocate 140 trillion soums in loans for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.

But for family entrepreneurship, the same 17.5% loan is allocated to both districts. Now, in 37 'difficult' districts, loans under this program will be provided at 12%," – said our President.
In all districts, the maximum amount of preferential loans for family entrepreneurship will be increased 1.5 times, to 50 million soums. In this case, a loan of up to 100 million soums will be provided for imported and certified pedigree livestock. A collateral-free loan of 150 million soums will be allocated for a home guesthouse, small-scale refrigeration, and mini-technology for product storage and processing.
The loan amount for entrepreneurial projects in 562 makhallas located in border and enclave areas will be increased to 1 billion soums.
For this purpose, it has been decided to direct an additional 2 trillion soums in resources this year to the planned 3.6 trillion soums for family entrepreneurship programs.
To deepen the specialization of makhallas, banks will allocate 17 trillion soums in loans this year. In this process, 4% of the loan taken for product production and 6% for its processing project will be covered, said the president.
