On the evening of January 6 in Tashkent, drivers of a Nexia-3 and a BYD had a dispute on the road, leading to a fight in the traffic lane. No one was injured, and the documents were sent to court.
A.A., born in 1986, driving a Nexia-3, and S.A., born in 1982, driving a BYD, had a road dispute on Islam Karimov Street in Shaykhontokhur district. During the newly erupted fight, they stopped in the traffic lane, physically assaulted each other in a public place, and disrupted public order.
The Shaykhontokhur District Department of Internal Affairs officially registered an administrative report based on Article 183 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. The documents were sent to the district court for criminal cases.
The offenders may be fined 3–5 times the base calculation amount or subjected to administrative detention for up to 15 days.
