This was stated in the relevant project prepared by the Strategic Reforms Agency.
According to the document, the share of the population with permanent access to drinking water services will be increased to 82 percent by 2026, 83 percent by 2027, 84 percent by 2028–2029, and 85 percent by 2030. At the same time, by 2030, all preschool education organizations and general secondary education institutions will be fully provided with clean drinking water and modern sanitation infrastructure.
Furthermore, it is planned to increase water use efficiency by 25 percent, equip all consumers with meters, reduce areas with problematic groundwater levels, and expand major water facilities.
