Now, the "Development Strategy" center will annually evaluate the indicators of state organizations and local administrations for achieving the goals set in the strategy.
NEW EVALUATION CRITERIA
On the digital platform, the status of achieving the performance indicators of the Strategy's goals
will be categorized into "green", "yellow", and "red" categories:
"GREEN" - the established performance
indicator has been achieved on time and in full.
"YELLOW" - there are delays in achieving
the established performance indicator,
but there is an opportunity to eliminate them.
"RED" - there are serious delays in achieving
the performance indicator or it has not been achieved at all.
A reporter from Darakchi.uz addressed the executive director of the "Development Strategy" center with the question: "If a responsible organization shows a red-colored evaluation, is it simply announced like other ratings, or is there accountability for the responsible organization or the organization's responsible official? What kind of accountability will they face before the controlling organizations and the people?"
According to Eldor Tulyakov's words, "The reasons for why it could not be implemented will be studied. Practical assistance or methods for implementation will be provided with specific proposals and recommendations. The experiences of leading organizations with 'green' indicators will be studied. If even this yields no result, a letter will be sent to the relevant places requesting the dismissal of the organization's head. This will be the final measure."
