A Strategy for 2026–2030 aimed at protecting children from all forms of violence in Uzbekistan has been approved. The document was developed by the National Agency for Social Protection and is designed to systematically ensure the implementation of the Law "On Protection of Children from All Forms of Violence."

The Strategy envisages creating a safe environment for children, early identification of children at risk of violence, and providing them with comprehensive social, psychological, and legal assistance. In particular, starting from 2026, a system of working with professional foster families will be launched, with priority attention directed towards supporting and preserving the family.

It is also planned to establish social integration centers serving the adaptation of children to society and to implement legislative changes aimed at strengthening children's rights. The Strategy also envisages enhancing interagency cooperation in working with children and introducing a unified electronic monitoring system.
