The volume of gas imported to Uzbekistan has decreased due to a technical malfunction in the neighboring country. Consequently, ensuring a stable gas supply to household consumers and social sector facilities has become a priority task.
In accordance with a schedule agreed upon with local authorities, temporary restrictions have been imposed on the operation of methane filling stations. This is a measure implemented to prevent a drop in gas pressure in households and important facilities such as schools, kindergartens, and hospitals.
The Ministry reported that work is underway to normalize gas pressure and that the restrictions are temporary. Additional information regarding the situation will be provided.
