A new system of environmental control is being introduced in the capital: drones will begin to be used to monitor air quality and monitor construction sites. Relevant tasks have been assigned to the relevant agencies.
According to the presidential decree, the Space Research and Technologies Agency will organize constant monitoring of the state of the atmospheric air. Unmanned aerial vehicles and artificial satellite technologies will be used to identify natural and anthropogenic sources of pollution and to quickly respond to changes in the environmental situation.
Furthermore, the Cadastre Agency has been tasked with establishing systematic control over compliance with environmental requirements at construction sites in the city of Tashkent and adjacent areas. Drones allow for the early detection of violations and ensure transparency in the urban planning sphere.
The application of modern technologies is expected to improve environmental quality and increase the responsibility of developers before the city and the population.
