According to the report of the State Security Service, on November 7 of this year, during an inspection at an LLC operating in the Sirdaryo district, the chief inspector of the Sirdaryo regional Tax Department identified a tax debt of 400 million soums.
Based on the submitted documents, although administrative liability is actually established by law for such cases, the head of the tax department section, offering his free assistance, agreed with the chief inspector to promise to reduce this debt to 90 million soums.
He was caught red-handed by SSS and Prosecutor's Office employees while receiving $1,500 in exchange for his "disinterested" service.
Furthermore, the rapid operation was continued, and the chief inspector was also detained in accordance with procedural order while handing over the officially formalized reconciliation act on reducing the tax debt to the stated amount to the head of the company.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against these tax officials under Part 2, clauses "v" and "g" of Article 210 of the Criminal Code, and "detention" as a preventive measure has been applied.
In another case, a department inspector of the Andijan regional Tax Department is conducting an inspection regarding the legal address of an LLC engaged in installing solar panels in the Ulugnor district of the region. As a result, he determines that the LLC is not operating at the relevant address and that there are a number of discrepancies regarding the residual material assets indicated in the report. He formalizes a report on the situation and suspends operations conducted through the company's bank account.
However, this tax inspector, using his official position, demands 500 US dollars from the LLC's accountant, promising not to formalize an administrative offense report regarding the identified shortcomings and to lift the restriction placed on the bank account.
During a rapid operation conducted in cooperation by the State Security Service, the Personal Security Department of the Tax Committee, and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, the tax official was caught red-handed while transferring the equivalent of 6 million soums to 2 bank plastic cards belonging to his relatives.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against him under Part 2, clause "v" of Article 210 of the Criminal Code, and "detention" as a preventive measure has been applied.
In another case, a state bailiff of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, Samarkand city department, promised, in exchange for material benefit, to cancel, through acquaintances working in the court system, the writ of execution issued in a civil case regarding the collection of a 117 million 804 thousand soum debt from a responsible person to the bank's benefit by the Samarkand city court.
Furthermore, he also stated that he would allegedly exempt from the state duty set for the court's review of the case and lift the restriction placed on the responsible person's vehicle, asking for 500 US dollars in return. He was caught red-handed with material evidence by employees of the State Security Service and the Personal Security Department of the Bureau's regional administration while receiving the demanded amount of money through his acquaintance.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the state bailiff under Part 3, clause "v" of Article 168 and Part 1 of Article 211 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
