Andy moped and scooter riders can get a license more easily.

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, it is no longer mandatory to complete special training courses to operate this category of vehicles — candidates can prepare independently and take the exam directly if they wish.

Furthermore, drivers holding a license for categories "A" and "B" will also have the right to operate vehicles of the "A1" category.

Starting from April 1, 2026, a penalty points system for violations recorded by automated cameras will also be introduced.
