Has the dollar exchange rate risen again in Uzbekistan?

The Central Bank announced the value of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum effective October 24.

According to it:

the dollar rose by 28.04 soums, reaching 12,129.33 soums;

the euro increased by 30.08 soums, reaching 14,061.53 soums;

the ruble rose by 1.16 soums, amounting to 149.17 soums.

In Uzbekistan, the dollar exchange rate had only been falling since October 17. On October 23, it had risen by 90.27 soums, reaching 12,101.29 soums.
