Slater Jones, a jeweler, lost his right eye due to a serious illness. He decided to decorate his prosthetic eye not in an ordinary way, but in a unique style, and he contacted an experienced specialist, John Lim, to implement this idea.
According to Lim, he has made about 10,000 artificial eyes so far, with the youngest patient being a 6-week-old infant and the oldest being 101 years old. However, Slater's eye turned out to be the most expensive and unusual specimen in terms of material.
