The Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, met with the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Odile Renaud-Basso. During the talks, bilateral relations, especially cooperation in the "green" economy, irrigation, and social projects, were particularly emphasized.
Mirziyoyeva highly appreciated the EBRD's "Women in Business" and "Youth in Business" programs, as well as its support for sustainable development in Karakalpakstan. The meeting noted the atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding among the countries of the region.
"I am confident that the partnership with the EBRD will serve the development of Uzbekistan and the entire region," said Saida Mirziyoyeva.
