A road traffic accident occurred on the A-373 international highway, which passes through the territory of the "Kurama" neighborhood of Andijan district, around 14:30 on October 12, 2025. A Nexia car, driven by S.R., born in 1969, hit two underage pedestrians.
According to the Regional Department of Internal Affairs, the children were crossing the road at an unmarked location. As a result of the collision, one of the pedestrians, N.I., suffered a closed fracture in his left leg and was hospitalized. The second child, N.Y., remained unharmed.
Currently, pre-investigation checks are being carried out regarding the incident. The video of the incident has spread on social networks and is attracting public attention.
