It is known that on April 7, 2026, Tursunbaev Sunnatulla Turabay ogli committed an act of indecency against citizen Norinova Sevara Fakhriddinovna in one of the households located in the Yashnabad district. He grabbed various parts of the woman's body and performed actions of a lustful nature.
During the court session, the offender partially admitted his guilt and stated that he would not repeat such actions. The victim requested that legal measures be taken against him.
Having studied the case materials, the court noted, based on witness testimonies and other evidence, that these actions were correctly qualified under Part 1 of Article 41¹ of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the ruling, an administrative detention penalty of 3 days was imposed on Tursunbaev Sunnatulla Turabay ogli.
