The administration of the "Tashkent Metropolitan" State Unitary Enterprise has issued an official statement regarding the reports circulating on social networks about passengers crowding onto the metrobus near the "Tuzel" station.

It is noted that the situation reflected in the videos and photographs was observed at one of the public transport stops located near the "Tuzel" metro station. In this area, besides the metrobus, 186 buses on 17 other routes are also in operation.

For this reason, passengers using the metro constitute only 20 percent of the total passenger flow at this point, according to the official statement.

"Tashkent Metropolitan" called on the public not to assess the situation one-sidedly and to draw conclusions based only on official, accurate sources.
