Uzbekistan was among the 77 national delegations that were not in the hall during the speech of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the UN. This is reported by Ynet, one of Israel's major publications.
According to Ynet, representatives from countries such as Uzbekistan, Turkey, Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan were absent from the hall of the UN General Assembly while Netanyahu was delivering his speech, which lasted 41 minutes.
According to the source, while some countries left the hall in protest of Israel's military operations in the Gaza Strip, others did not participate in the assembly at all. Netanyahu was the first to speak at this session.
