US President Donald Trump announced that he will hold telephone conversations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the coming days.
"I have no specific message to President Putin. He knows my position well. Putin will still make a decision regarding the war in Ukraine. We will either be pleased with him or not. If we are not pleased, you will see for yourself what happens," Trump said during a meeting with the President of Poland.
The US leader also announced that he will have a telephone conversation with Zelenskyy today, while he is in Paris meeting with European leaders.
