The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced the exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum effective on August 12.
It was reported that the exchange rates of the dollar, euro, and ruble have decreased.
The dollar decreased by 83.46 soums to 12,589.35 soums. The euro dropped by 97.17 soums to 14,565.52 soums, and the ruble fell by 1.25 soums to 157.64 soums.
For reference, Uzbekistan's gold and foreign exchange reserves amounted to 48.74 billion dollars in August 2025.
