During an urgent operation conducted by the Samarkand regional department of the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office and employees of the Internal Affairs, the head of the farm "N.N.", N.N., was caught in the act of fraud.
He had promised a citizen to sell an 18-acre plot of land in the "Vadal" neighborhood for 25 thousand US dollars. According to the agreement, the farmer received 8 thousand dollars as an advance and was apprehended while receiving the remaining 17 thousand dollars.
Regarding this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
