On the evening of July 31 at 16:00, 23-year-old S.D. went to the "Shore of Dreams" recreation area located in the "New Uzbekistan" park in Mirzo Ulugbek district to relax, where he drowned.
According to reports, one of the visitors to the beach noticed S.D. motionless in the water, with his head submerged. A man swam up to him and brought him to shore.
Subsequently, doctors from the recreation area were called to the scene, but despite the medical assistance provided, S.D. passed away. According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic examination, the cause of death was mechanical asphyxiation resulting from water blocking the respiratory tract.
Currently, investigative actions are being carried out regarding this incident until the preliminary inquiry is completed.
