A man who stabbed his wife and mother-in-law to death in Tashkent region was sentenced to 22 years in prison. The defendant claimed he committed the crime after his wife's infidelity.
The court verdict regarding the horrific murder that occurred on March 19 of this year in Chinaz district was announced. It was reported that the son-in-law had been living in his mother-in-law's house as a drinking companion.
He stabbed his wife and mother-in-law until the knife broke. The court found the criminal guilty under clauses "a, j, o, r" of part 2 of Article 97 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 22 years of imprisonment.
