The Department under the General Prosecutor's Office, through its Mingbuloq district division, conducted a pre-investigation check, during which it was revealed that "O.", an employee of a farming enterprise, T.Kh., had unlawfully connected to the public electricity grid without authorization and illegally consumed electricity worth 215.4 million soums.
Similarly, during pre-investigation checks conducted by the Koson district division of the Department, it was found that citizens H.G. and S.T. had illegally connected water pumps directly to the public electricity grid, bypassing meters, to irrigate crops on their land plots, unlawfully consuming electricity worth a total of 160.4 million soums.
Criminal cases have been initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code regarding these incidents, and investigative actions are being carried out.
