In social networks, a video circulated showing several individuals engaging in conversations with citizens under the pretext of conducting interviews, subsequently defrauding them of money. The Tashkent city police department provided information regarding this incident.
It has been reported that on July 5 of this year, in one of the parks in the Chilanzar district of the capital, individuals born in 2004, Sh.S., born in 2001, S.S., and born in 2004, T.A., were discovered engaging in conversations with citizens under the pretext of conducting interviews, subsequently collecting money through fraud using excuses such as mosque construction and aid for the disabled. As a result of the measures taken, the identities of these citizens have been established and the money they collected was officially seized in the presence of witnesses.
Currently, a pre-investigation check is being conducted by the Chilanzar district department of internal affairs regarding this case. According to the police department's report, a legal decision will be ensured following the conclusion of the investigation.
