A video spread on social networks showing a young man catching a fish in a pond with his hand and insulting a woman who objected to his actions.
According to the Internal Affairs Department, this incident occurred around 22:00 on June 23 of this year in one of the recreation parks located in the Mirzo Ulugbek district. There, a person born in 2003, M.Sh., was caught holding a fish out of the water with his hand.
His action was objected to by D.A., who was born in 2000, asking him to release the fish back into the water. However, while in a public place, M.Sh. cursed at D.A. with shameless words, deliberately violating social behavior rules.
An administrative report under Article 183 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Administrative Offences Code was officially filed against citizen M.Sh. by the Mirzo Ulugbek district Department of Internal Affairs Organization. The documents have been forwarded to the Mirzo Ulugbek district court for legal action.
