In Andijan, a man who climbed onto a wagon was struck by high voltage electricity.

Regarding the situation, the Information Service of "Uzbekistan Railways" JSC gave an official response.

A video spread on social media shows a man falling to the ground after being electrocuted while climbing on top of a wagon.

The "Uzbekistan Railways" JSC Information Service officially commented on the situation. 

It is noted that the incident occurred on June 10, 2025, in the Poytug station area of the Andijan region.

One of the unauthorized individuals entered the railway station and climbed onto an empty tanker standing on the second track. The person on top of the wagon fell to the ground after coming into contact with the high voltage in the contact network.

The station duty officer responded immediately to the situation and called for medical assistance. The victim was provided with the necessary medical treatment and transported to a hospital.

"Dear citizens! We would like to remind you once again to strictly adhere to the safety regulations near the railway and its infrastructure. Unauthorized entry into railway infrastructure facilities poses a serious risk to life and health," the report states.
