The Ministry calls on all parties to exercise complete restraint, to immediately stop military actions, and to resolve the conflict through political and diplomatic means. It also expressed its readiness to assist in efforts to reduce the intensity of the conflict.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan expresses deep concern over Israel's military operation against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has led to the loss of lives and escalation of the situation in the Middle East.
We urge all parties to exercise complete restraint, to immediately stop military actions, and to resolve the conflict through political-diplomatic means.
The serious situation that could lead to a wide-scale conflict and its potential for further escalation is alarming.
Uzbekistan reaffirms its commitment to strengthening regional stability and expresses its readiness to assist in efforts to reduce the intensity of the conflict,” the statement reads.
