On social networks, a voice message and a video capture spreading, showing the insult and quarrel with citizens by the mayor of Asaka district in Andijan region, Nasibullo Muminov, and the mayor of Bukhara region, Botir Zaripov.
The voice message recorded from Nasibullo Muminov, the mayor of Asaka district, where he says to a citizen, "Don't you know who I am? I'll show you," is being widely discussed on the networks.
Citizens who have heard and known the situation are expressing their bad opinions, questioning, "When will the mayors apologize to the people for their actions?"
Similarly, the speeches by Botir Zaripov, the mayor of the Bukhara region, are also causing wide discussions on the networks.
"You pick up all the legal documents of those who entered the kindergarten area. Destroy those without listening to anyone. Mumin. Without suing or fussing, demolish it. Demolish it today itself. If there’s a person inside, bury them with it. That's it, we pampered everyone by talking about lawsuits. Check the documents of anyone opening a door from behind," says the mayor Botir Zaripov.
However, until now, there has been no response from either the Asaka district administration or the Bukhara regional administration regarding these cases. Social media activists are writing that the "abusive" mayors should apologize to the people.
