The incident occurred on June 8 of the current year at around 02:00 AM in the Fayzli Tashkent street, Sergeli district, when a motor vehicle of QJ Motors brand driven by Sh.X., born in 1999, and a scooter of the Drongo brand driven by M.Z., born in 2000, collided, resulting in a road-traffic accident. The Tashkent city Department of Internal Affairs Traffic Police reported on the situation.
According to the information, as a result of the road traffic accident, the drivers died from the injuries sustained.
Regarding this case, the Investigation Department of the Tashkent city Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and preliminary investigations are underway, the report states.
