It has been reported that the neighbors have been complaining for a long time about suspicious noises, the cries of a child, and the woman’s severe mental condition here. However, no one has ever seen the child.
Subsequently, the guardianship service and the police entered the house and found a 7-year-old disabled child who cannot walk, in a severe condition. The child had never seen a doctor, nor had been to kindergarten or school. There are no medical records at all.
The child has now been placed in a rehabilitation center. A lawsuit is being prepared to deprive the mother of parental rights.
