Throughout the Islamic world, Imam Bukhari is highly respected, and there are many people who wish to visit his mausoleum. For this reason, a new complex is being constructed here to expand facilities for visitors.

During the visit, our President reviewed the progress of the construction.

The overall area of the complex has been expanded to 44 hectares. Currently, the revered mausoleum, a mosque that can accommodate 10,000 people, and 4 minarets have been completed.

The new complex will be a beacon of enlightenment, education, and exemplary virtue, along with providing a place for pilgrimage. It will include a museum, administrative offices, a hotel, and other service facilities. Verses from the “Sahih al-Bukhari” will be inscribed on the arches and walls of the porches.

The head of our state was informed about the upcoming facilities in the complex. It was mentioned that it is necessary to plant more trees in the mausoleum courtyard and on the avenues.
