Earlier, darakchi.uz had reported about a pregnant woman who was kept dead for 7 hours in a hospital in the Tashkent region. The news was reported here. A court case had started regarding this issue.

It is reported that the defendant M.U. committed a crime expressed in the disregard or negligence towards his professional duties, leading to negligence that resulted in death and other severe consequences (loss of the unborn child) due to not fulfilling or inadequately fulfilling his professional responsibilities. Specifically, during his time working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the maternity department of the Bo’ka district medical association, the victim N.S., born on 06.08.2004, died during a surgical operation on 20.11.2024 at the maternity department of the Bo’ka district medical association. The conclusion from the RSTEIAM Tashkent regional branch in Okkurgan district stated that the cause of S.N.'s death was pulmonary amniotic fluid embolism, “HELLP” syndrome, anaphylactic shock, DIC syndrome complications, acute cardiac vascular respiratory failure. Additionally, the RSTEIAM Tashkent regional branch's conclusion on 22.01.2025 suggests the possibility that S.N.'s death could have been caused by an anaphylactic shock, developed due to an allergic reaction to the drug (according to medical records, an intravenous mixture of "sodium chloride" + "Essentiale forte" was administered), acute respiratory and cardiovascular deficiency. It was suggested that the allergic anaphylactic shock might have occurred as a result of administering “Essentiale forte” with sodium chloride intravenously, and there was an incomplete collection of allergic anamnesis before administering the "Essentiale forte" drug to the pregnant woman, suggesting if a complete anamnesis had been collected and the “Essentiale forte” drug hadn’t been used, her life could have been saved. Furthermore, the cause of death of S.Narzieva's 30-week-old female fetus was indicated as antenatal death inside the mother's womb, which was determined to be a result of the acute cardiovascular failure caused by the anaphylactic shock following the use of "Essentiale forte" with sodium chloride.
