It is reported that on May 22 of this year, around 20:00, in the "Chustiy" neighborhood of the Olmazor district, A.S., born in 2003, got into a conflict with his acquaintance S.Ŏ., born in 2006, due to a disagreement and they ended up fighting.
During the conflict, citizen A.S. inflicted bodily harm on S.Ŏ. with a sharp object. As a result, the victim was hospitalized with a diagnosis of "a lacerated wound on the left side of the chest's back area."
Regarding this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 105 Section 2 clause "m" of the Criminal Code ("Intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm - committed using a weapon or objects that could be used as cold weapons"), and investigative actions are being carried out.
"A legal decision will be made at the end of the investigation,"— the report says.
